About the role
The Project Manager- Mechanical role leads New Product Development initiatives within a multi-disciplinary team, managing resources, budgets, and timelines. The position requires frequent interface with global stakeholders and vendors to drive project objectives. This is a Hybrid role based in Gurugram, India.
What you’ll do
- Lead development of project charter and management plan
- Direct, manage, monitor, and control the project
- Create detailed Work Breakdown Structure and Gantt chart
- Monitor costs and maintain budget adherence
- Develop Quality Plans and Risk Management plans
- Contribute to Procurement Management Plan
- Estimate and assign project team resources
- Execute Stakeholder and Communications management plans
What you’ll bring
- BS/BE/B.Tech/ME/M. Tech in Technical Engineering
- 6.8 to 9 years of experience
- Minimum 3+ years of project management experience
- New product development experience
- Willingness to travel up to 25%
