About the role
Senior Associate supports metadata tagging operations and content ecosystem reporting for Global Content Strategy. Focuses on ensuring accuracy, consistency, and performance of metadata tagging, enabling visibility into CCEL operational performance via dashboards and reporting. Requires strong analytical skills, hands‑on experience with reporting tools, and ability to work with structured content data from AEM and Adobe platforms. Works closely with India-based content teams to support tagging quality, operational efficiency, and reporting reliability.
What you’ll do
- Extract, analyze, validate metadata and tagging datasets from AEM and related systems.
- Identify patterns, inconsistencies, gaps in tagging to support operational improvements.
- Support tagging audits through data validation, metric tracking, and reporting.
- Monitor and improve metadata accuracy, completeness, and consistency across assets.
- Develop and maintain dashboards to track CCEL operational performance, including throughput, turnaround time, and efficiency metrics.
- Provide regular reporting on tagging operations, highlighting bottlenecks and optimization opportunities.
- Support operational reviews by delivering accurate and timely data insights.
- Build and maintain dashboards using Power BI and develop queries using SQL/Python.
- Ensure structured, clean, and reliable datasets for reporting and analysis.
- Establish and monitor data quality checks and validation processes.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting processes to improve accuracy, consistency, and efficiency.
- Document metric definitions and maintain consistency across reports.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives aligned with business objectives.
- Define and document standardized metric definitions and reporting methodologies.
- Partner with India-based content production and tagging teams for operational reporting needs.
- Collaborate with U.S. metadata and content strategy teams to ensure alignment in reporting.
- Communicate insights clearly to support decision-making and operational improvements.
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's in Data Science, Analytics, Info Management or related.
- 5-9 yrs data analytics experience, preferably content/digital.
- Proficient in Qlinksense, Power BI, SQL, Excel, basic Python.
- Experience with metadata, tagging frameworks, CMS.
- Strong attention to detail and data quality.
Nice to have
- Experience with AEM or Adobe Experience Cloud tools.
- Familiarity with content operations or marketing workflows.
- Ability to work fast‑paced, multi‑stakeholder environment.
