Director Finance Transformation

About the role

Finance Transformation Team at Weekday AI drives end‑to‑end finance process redesign and digital enablement for enterprise clients. The Director leads workshops, designs target operating models, and oversees implementation of ERP, analytics and GenAI solutions across P2P, O2C, RTR and FP&A. Based in Bengaluru, Gurugram or Mumbai with a hybrid on‑site model, relocation assistance is available.

What you’ll do

• Design and implement finance target operating models
• Lead cross‑functional workshops to assess processes, risks and technology gaps
• Drive adoption of digital finance tools including AI and automation
• Create process documentation, RACI matrices and SLAs
• Perform time‑and‑motion studies and manpower assessments
• Manage large finance professional teams and project delivery timelines
• Identify new business opportunities and client growth initiatives
• Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback

Nice to have

• 12+ years finance transformation experience
• Strong understanding of P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax Treasury
• Experience with core ERP and financial consolidation tools
• Knowledge of GenAI, AI, analytics and automation in finance
• Proven ability to lead workshops and stakeholder engagements
• Consulting skills: problem‑solving, strategic thinking, PowerPoint, Excel, Visio
• Experience delivering strategy‑to‑execution transformation programs
• Bonus: process mining and project management methodology expertise
