Director, Finance Transformation Advisory

About the role
Finance Transformation Advisory at PwC helps clients improve financial performance and decision‑making through finance process redesign, KPI development, and budgeting/forecasting frameworks. The Director leads workshops to assess P2P, O2C, RTR, FP&A, Tax and Treasury processes, identifies risks, and designs digital solutions leveraging ERP, analytics, GenAI and automation. Based in Mumbai, on‑site role with occasional travel as needed.
What you’ll do
- Analyze client financial data and develop performance metrics
- Design and implement budgeting, forecasting and planning frameworks
- Conduct workshops to map finance processes and identify improvement areas
- Advise on digital finance technologies including ERP, analytics and AI
- Create process documentation, RACI matrices and SLAs
- Perform time‑and‑motion studies and manpower assessments
- Develop finance maturity models and target operating designs
- Manage transformation programs from strategy to execution
