Senior Oracle EPM Consultant

About the role

EY seeks a Senior Oracle EPM Consultant to lead financial planning implementations using PBCS/EPBCS across multiple Indian locations. The role involves designing reports, dashboards, and business rules while collaborating with stakeholders to optimize financial processes. This full-time position requires 4-7 years of experience in customer-facing projects.

What you’ll do

• Design and deploy financial reports, web forms, dashboards, and security workflows
• Manage data integration between source systems and cubes
• Develop complex business rules, aggregations, and dynamic calculations
• Collaborate with FP&A to gather requirements and conduct system testing
• Troubleshoot metadata issues and perform data validations
• Define process automation using EPMAutomate and Batch Scripting
• Deliver end-user training to ensure solution adoption
• Work with clients to deliver scalable planning solutions

What you’ll bring

• 4-7 years experience in Oracle PBCS/EPBCS implementation
• Hands-on skills in dimension hierarchy management and data integration
• Proficiency in Smart View reporting, webforms, and dashboards
• Experience with Task Manager, Business Rules, and Groovy Scripting

Nice to have

• Degree or background in Finance or Accounting
• Experience implementing Workforce, Financials, Capital, or Projects modules
• Background in large corporate or multinational environments
• Exposure to agile or waterfall methodologies
