What you’ll do
- Manage technical teams delivering professional services projects
- Oversee implementation, hyper‑care support and operations for customer environments
- Conduct requirement gathering, solution design and technical documentation
- Lead cut‑over activities and Go‑Live execution
- Provide root‑cause analysis, performance tuning and architectural improvements
- Support production instances, debug issues and suggest best practices
- Coach team members and foster ownership of development
- Analyze complex proposals and deliver actionable recommendations
What you’ll bring
- 15+ years Oracle ERP/Fusion implementation experience
- Hands‑on coding, scripting and documentation
- Lead technical resources across multiple projects
- Write technical design, migration and implementation documents
- Client‑facing technical discussions and solution design
- Delivered 4‑5 full Oracle Cloud implementations
- Deep knowledge of Oracle DB, SQL/PLSQL, OIC, VBCS, ATP
- Develop SaaS extensions using VBCS, OIC & ORDS
