About the role

Digital Office at HDFC ERGO focuses on expanding open market insurance distribution. The Senior Executive drives motor and health policy sales by recruiting, training, and managing advisors, and by building relationships with motor dealers and bank branches. Guwahati, Assam, on-site role with occasional travel to dealer locations.

What you’ll do

• Achieve monthly sales targets for motor and health policies
• Recruit, build, develop, and train advisors from the open market
• Ensure minimum advisor recruitment numbers each month
• Generate business through regular visits to motor dealers
• Generate business through alignment with bank branches

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years experience in insurance sales or distribution
• Proven track record meeting monthly sales targets
• Experience recruiting and training sales advisors
