Senior Process Specialist

About the role

Finance Transformation Delivery Centre at DSV drives global finance system modernization. As Senior Process Specialist you will own end‑to‑end cutover strategy for finance workstreams, lead mock cutovers, run the command centre during go‑live and ensure smooth handover to hypercare. Hyderabad, hybrid (3:2) work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Develop and execute cutover strategy and detailed plan for finance workstream
• Lead mock cutovers and dress rehearsals, capture learnings and refine runbooks
• Run cutover command centre during go‑live, track checkpoints and manage escalations
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, vendors and technical resources to resolve dependencies
• Maintain master cutover runbook, version control and sign‑offs
• Manage cutover risks, issues and dependencies with mitigation logs
• Provide leadership and reporting on readiness and live execution status
• Guide Cutover Specialists, allocate tasks and ensure quality of deliverables

What you’ll bring

• 8-12 years ERP implementation and cutover experience
• Solid understanding of record‑to‑report, order‑to‑cash, procure‑to‑pay processes
• Experience leading full‑cycle finance transformation go‑live
• Proficiency with SAP S/4HANA finance modules (FI, CO, SD, MM)
• Strong cutover planning, runbook management and mock rehearsals
• Command‑centre leadership with go/no‑go decision making
• Stakeholder communication and senior reporting
• Experience in transport and logistics sector is a plus
