About the role
Finance Transformation Delivery Centre at DSV drives global finance system upgrades and process improvements. The Senior Process Specialist leads end‑to‑end testing for SAP S/4HANA finance transformations, overseeing integration, E2E and UAT activities, coordinating stakeholders and ensuring defect resolution. Hyderabad, hybrid (3:2) work model, with relocation assistance available.
What you’ll do
- Develop detailed understanding of business processes and SAP integration points
- Own test case planning, execution tracking and environment readiness
- Lead integration, E2E and UAT testing, facilitating kick‑offs and sign‑offs
- Maintain defect tracker and produce status reports for stakeholders
- Escalate issues to Testing Finance Delivery Centre Manager
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business or Accounting or equivalent
- 5-8 years testing experience
- 3+ years SAP S/4HANA finance application experience
- Strong accounting knowledge
- Expertise with JIRA
- Strong coordination and stakeholder management skills
