About the role

Prime Video Commerce Offers team builds and owns the commerce experiences that power offers, subscriptions, rentals and purchases for Prime Video globally. The Principal Technical Program Manager drives end‑to‑end delivery of multi‑market expansion, architecture transformation and cross‑product capability launches, coordinating engineering, product and business stakeholders. Bengaluru, on-site, hybrid schedule with occasional remote days.

What you’ll do

• Own delivery strategy for international expansion and architecture milestones
• Coordinate multi‑team workback plans, dependency maps and risk registers
• Drive architecture transformation program including API migration and service harmonization
• Build and run operational cadences and launch readiness mechanisms
• Map engineering capacity to launch calendar and resolve trade‑offs
• Automate launch processes to reduce manual effort
• Partner with senior leaders to align priorities and negotiate timelines

What you’ll bring

• 7+ years technical product or program management
• 10+ years working directly with engineering teams
• 5+ years software development
• 8+ years managing complex technology projects
• Experience building processes and coordinating release schedules
