About the role

WLAN MAC Coex systems team at Infineon Technologies focuses on enabling seamless coexistence of Wi‑Fi, Bluetooth and Zigbee in semiconductor solutions. The Senior Staff Engineer designs, analyzes, develops and maintains WLAN‑BT‑ZigBee coexistence features, conducts pre‑silicon verification using Tcl/Python scripts, and leads silicon bring‑up and cross‑layer debugging. Based in Bangalore, on‑site work model, collaborating with global cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Design, analysis, development, and maintenance of WLAN‑BT‑ZigBee coexistence
• Pre‑silicon verification of coexistence interfaces using scripting
• Collaborate with MAC, PHY, firmware, and hardware teams
• Silicon bring‑up and cross‑layer issue debugging
• Modify switch control logic between WLAN and BT
• Propose design improvements and ensure compliance
• Mentor and train team members
• Create internal and external collateral
