About the role
IT Infrastructure team at Mattel Global Business Services manages enterprise Windows Server environments. The Analyst Windows Administrator and Engineer ensures availability, security, and performance of Windows Server platforms, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and related services while supporting infrastructure projects and automation initiatives. Hyderabad, on-site, Full-time role with on-call rotation and collaboration across security, networking, and application teams.
What you’ll do
- Administer and maintain Windows Server 2016/2019/2022 environments
- Manage Active Directory domain services and Group Policy objects
- Administer DNS and DHCP services across the enterprise
- Plan and execute server patching and vulnerability remediation
- Provide Tier 2 support and incident resolution
- Participate in infrastructure projects and migrations
- Develop PowerShell scripts to automate tasks
- Document configurations and operational procedures
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years Windows Server administration
- Experience with Active Directory, DNS, DHCP
- PowerShell scripting for automation
- VMware vSphere infrastructure support
- Patch management using WSUS or SCCM
- ITIL service management processes
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and customer service
