About the role
Mattel Global Business Services team ensures the stability, availability, and security of enterprise Windows Server infrastructure supporting global operations. The Senior Analyst administers Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Group Policy, automates tasks with PowerShell, and provides Tier 2/3 support while collaborating with security and networking teams. Hyderabad, on-site, hybrid work model available.
What you’ll do
- Administer and monitor Windows Server environments
- Manage AD forests, domains, trusts, and GPOs
- Perform patching, upgrades, and lifecycle activities
- Provide Tier 2/3 incident response and root cause analysis
- Develop PowerShell scripts for automation and reporting
- Collaborate with cybersecurity to remediate vulnerabilities
- Participate in on-call rotation and disaster recovery testing
- Maintain technical documentation and runbooks
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years enterprise Windows infrastructure administration
- 5+ years Active Directory domain services
- PowerShell scripting automation experience
- VMware vSphere/ESXi administration
- ITIL-based operational support experience
- Bachelor's degree in IT or Computer Science
