About the role

What you’ll do
- Partner with regional and global HR colleagues to execute people strategy
- Design and implement end‑to‑end HR programs to address talent gaps
- Lead employee lifecycle initiatives including onboarding, performance management, and exits
- Analyze business data to identify trends and recommend improvements
- Facilitate learning and development program rollouts
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
- 5-7 years HR Business Partner experience
- Experience partnering with engineering teams
