About the role

Quality Assurance Automation Team ensures robust software delivery by building and maintaining advanced automated test frameworks. The Lead Software Test Automation Engineer designs, executes, and scales Selenium and API test suites, integrates them into CI/CD pipelines, and mentors the team on best practices. Pune, hybrid (8 days onsite per month), relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Selenium and API test automation
• Drive test automation initiatives and framework enhancements
• Implement automated tests within CI/CD pipelines
• Conduct performance analysis and defect identification
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to embed quality
• Mentor and provide technical leadership to QA engineers
• Evaluate new testing tools and technologies
• Document test processes and stakeholder reports

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years of test automation experience
• Proficiency in C#/.NET or Java
• Hands‑on API testing (REST)
• Selenium or Playwright expertise
• Experience with CI/CD tools (Azure DevOps, GitHub Actions, Jenkins)
• Strong knowledge of Git version control
• SQL and database validation skills
• Agile/Scrum environment experience
