The Senior HR Generalist partners with the VP of People to implement AI-driven HR tools, manage statutory compliance, and coach managers, while owning the end‑to‑end employee lifecycle locally. What you’ll do
- Drive AI‑enabled HR workflow automation and data reporting
- Partner with global People leadership to translate strategy into local execution
- Own statutory reporting, payroll inputs, and compliance audits for India
- Provide consultative coaching to managers and employees
- Lead cultural initiatives and employee engagement programs
What you’ll bring
- 8-10 years HRBP or Senior Generalist experience
- Experience in high‑growth tech or global GCC environments
- Proven track record implementing AI/automation in HR processes
- Deep knowledge of Chennai statutory compliance (POSH, Shops & Establishments)
- Strong cross‑border collaboration skills
