About the role
Cubic Transportation Systems (CTS) seeks a Senior ServiceNow Engineer to lead the design, configuration, and integration of ServiceNow solutions across CTS. The role involves acting as a ServiceNow SME, guiding development teams, integrating with legacy systems, and ensuring governance and quality across ITSM, CMDB, and ITOM modules. Based in Hyderabad, Telangana, the position is on-site with a 3‑day onsite requirement.
What you’ll do
- Lead ServiceNow solution design and implementation
- Serve as ServiceNow SME and provide technical guidance
- Integrate ServiceNow with legacy systems
- Configure and maintain governance and consistency
- Collaborate with internal customers on requirements and development
- Develop and deliver user training
- Execute quality assurance and test plans
- Participate in audit and on‑call support
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
- 5+ years of ServiceNow implementation experience
- Expertise in ITSM, CMDB, CSDM, ITAM, ITOM, HRSD, Performance Analytics
- Strong JavaScript, Jelly, HTML, CSS, AngularJS skills
- Experience with Integration Hub, SOAP/REST, MID servers
- Agile (Scrum) project experience
- Excellent communication and documentation skills
- ITIL, ServiceNow System Administrator, or Implementation Specialist certification
