About the role
Iris Software seeks a Lead Analyst - Delivery Excellence in Noida to drive Quality Management System (QMS) sustenance and process compliance. The role involves facilitating projects, conducting SQA reviews, mentoring PMs on risk identification, and reporting metrics data to ensure delivery excellence. This position is based in Noida, UP, India.
What you’ll do
- Provide facilitation to projects and manage QMS sustenance
- Conduct SQA reviews and ensure process compliance
- Conduct QMS trainings for project teams
- Collect and report metrics data from projects
- Review and write assigned processes and Change Requests
- Mentor PMs in identifying risks and data analysis
- Ensure formal Configuration Management of QMS documents
- Participate in senior management reviews and innovation programs
