About the role

Iris Software seeks an Associate Manager in Noida to lead enterprise application architecture and engineering teams. The role involves defining strategy for scalable, secure Java-based microservices and driving cloud-native modernization initiatives. This is an on-site position focused on technical leadership and stakeholder collaboration.

What you’ll do

• Define and drive enterprise application architecture strategy using Core Java and Microservices.
• Lead strategic technical decisions related to application modernization and cloud-native adoption.
• Architect distributed systems and API-driven ecosystems aligned with enterprise goals.
• Establish engineering standards, governance practices, and secure development guidelines.
• Lead engineering teams and drive collaboration across cross-functional stakeholders.
• Drive implementation of non-functional requirements including scalability and security.
• Design event-driven architectures using messaging and event-streaming technologies.
• Identify technical risks and define mitigation strategies for platform stability.
