About the role

External Teams – Engineering at Terry Soot Management Group builds and maintains client‑facing tools and platforms. The Software Developer I acts as the primary technical liaison, developing Python/Java scripts and SQL queries to automate ETL, resolve complex support tickets, and coordinate releases. Hyderabad office, 100% on‑site with occasional weekend shifts.

What you’ll do

• Serve as primary technical point of contact for client stakeholders
• Develop and maintain automation scripts and SQL queries
• Lead incident debugging, reproducibility testing, and bug escalation
• Manage rollout of tool updates and new feature releases
• Provide deep‑dive analysis for high‑tier support tickets

What you’ll bring

• 3-5 years technical support or mid‑level development experience
• SQL data extraction and analysis
• API interaction via HTTP verbs and JSON handling
• Python or Java scripting (good‑to‑have)
• Strong verbal and written communication
