AI Architect Senior Manager

About the role

Technology Strategy & Transformation practice at Accenture helps global clients unlock business value from AI and GenAI. As an AI Architect Senior Manager you will design enterprise-wide AI strategies, lead agentic AI workflow design, and guide scaled AI deployment and MLOps across multiple industries. Role is based on-site at multiple Indian locations including Bangalore, Gurugram, Mumbai, Pune, Chennai, Kolkata and Hyderabad.

What you’ll do

• Identify high-value processes for AI automation using process mining
• Design agentic AI workflows, LLM architectures and prompt engineering
• Develop enterprise AI and GenAI strategy and guiding principles
• Guide scaled AI deployment, MLOps and governance frameworks
• Conduct discovery workshops and stakeholder engagement with C-level executives
• Create quantitative and qualitative business cases for AI initiatives
• Lead proof-of-concept development and prototyping
• Manage budgeting and financial proposals for AI transformation projects

What you’ll bring

• MBA from a tier 1 institute preferred
• 7-10 years strategy consulting experience
• 5+ years designing and building enterprise AI and GenAI solutions
• 5+ years writing AI business cases and value realization
• 5+ years leading large teams and workshops
• Deep understanding of data supply chain for AI production
• Knowledge of IT and enterprise architecture concepts
