What you’ll do

• Design and validate fraud strategies, capabilities, and processes
• Analyze internal and external data to identify fraud trends and root causes
• Partner with product, technology, and operations to develop detection solutions
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices
• Communicate findings and recommendations to internal and external partners

What you’ll bring

• MS degree with 2+ years risk management or data analytics experience
• BS degree with 4+ years relevant experience
• Strong collaboration and partnership skills
• Strategic thinking to develop roadmaps and balance short‑term vs long‑term solutions
• Ability to leverage AI and machine learning for innovative solutions
• Process and project management expertise
• Excellent communication with senior leaders
