- Monitor fraud trends and customer frictions to improve performance
- Leverage internal/external data and AI/ML tools for detection
- Partner with product, technology, and operations to develop solutions
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to ensure compliance and best practices
- Communicate findings and recommendations to senior leaders
What you’ll bring
- MS degree with 2+ years risk management/data analytics experience
- BS degree with 4+ years risk management/data analytics experience
- Relevant fraud experience preferred
