About the role
Security & IT – IT team at jobgether is focused on delivering robust observability solutions for enterprise customers. The Senior Observability Architect will design and guide observability strategies, conduct technical reviews, and deliver workshops to improve reliability and performance. Remote work from India with occasional travel to customer sites.
What you’ll do
- Act as trusted technical advisor for strategic customers
- Design and guide observability maturity strategies
- Conduct health checks, architecture assessments, and root‑cause analysis
- Develop technical roadmaps aligned with customer goals
- Deliver workshops, training sessions, and enablement materials
- Collaborate with internal teams to represent customer feedback
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years experience in technical support, account management, or consulting
- Hands‑on experience with Kubernetes
- Experience with Grafana, Prometheus, Loki
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication
