- 12+ years product engineering experience
- BE/MS in Computer Science or related field
- Senior leadership roles in high-growth product companies
- Proven experience with SaaS enterprise applications
- Strong Agile development methodology expertise
- Experience with web and mobile technologies
- Experience managing globally distributed teams
- Excellent communication and team leadership skills
