GBS Fraud Analyst

About the role

Corporate Fraud Mitigation Team at UPS works to protect the organization from fraudulent activities. The GBS Fraud Analyst monitors fraud exposure, investigates suspicious use of UPS services, and coordinates resolutions across security, operations, and business development teams, handling night‑shift calls from 6 pm to 3 am IST. Pune, India, on‑site role with night‑shift schedule.

What you’ll do

• Monitor and communicate fraud exposure and risks
• Respond to customer fraud inquiries and take corrective actions
• Investigate suspicious UPS product usage and cancel fraudulent user IDs
• Collaborate with internal and external management to resolve fraud cases
• Document and convey customer needs related to fraud solutions

What you’ll bring

• 2+ years customer service or credit collection experience
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Access, Excel, Word)
• Strong English communication skills
• Understanding of finance, billing, and accounts receivable processes
• Knowledge of UPS operational systems (IVP, On Demand, QWS)
