About the role
Technology Strategy & Transformation Practice (Capability Network) at Accenture helps clients reshape technology spend and drive cost optimization. The Manager leads assessments of tech cost structures, advises CXO stakeholders, and crafts implementation roadmaps for large‑scale value initiatives. Works across multiple Indian locations (Pune, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Bangalore, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Chennai) in an on‑site model, collaborating with senior client leaders and mentoring junior consultants.
What you’ll do
- Assess client business problems and define scope
- Analyze technology cost profiles across multiple lenses
- Guide teams to deliver value and implementation roadmaps
- Build senior client relationships at CXO level
- Mentor junior team members and develop capability
- Create assets and accelerators for Tech ROI offering
- Own GTM and origination for the practice
- Drive thought leadership and innovation culture
What you’ll bring
- 9-13 years IT strategy consulting
- MBA from tier 1 institute
- 4+ years technology ROI and cost optimization
- 3+ years leading large teams
- Experience with Zero Based Budgeting and TBM
- Industry expertise in financial services, retail, telecom, life sciences
- Strong CXO engagement and presentation skills
- Budgeting and financial proposal development
