What you’ll do

• Deliver customer acquisition through business development and cold calling
• Activate and nurture referral partners to expand micro‑loan business
• Provide doorstep service and support end‑to‑end loan processing
• Cross‑sell insurance products to loan customers
• Maintain soft bucket collections and retain existing loan customers

What you’ll bring

• 1-4 years experience in sales or business development
• Proficiency in local language and English
• Strong presentation and communication skills
• Relationship building and stakeholder management
• Ability to generate leads and manage referral partners
