About the role

Consumer Product & Innovation (CP&I) team at Nike’s India Technology Center (ITC) drives the technology engine behind product creation, merchandising, design, and innovation. As Lead Technical Product Manager you will define vision, strategy and roadmap, translate user needs into technical requirements, and lead cross‑functional teams to deliver platform capabilities that power Nike’s global product creation ecosystem. What you’ll do

• Define product vision, strategy, and roadmap for platform capabilities
• Drive discovery, prioritization, development, rollout, and adoption
• Translate user needs into technical requirements with engineering
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to set priorities and success metrics
• Optimize user journeys and platform health across CP&I tools
• Make evidence‑based trade‑offs between user needs, complexity, and business value
• Investigate issues, perform root‑cause analysis, and close systemic gaps
• Establish and communicate performance metrics and KPIs

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (MBA preferred)
• 5+ years product management experience (web/mobile/enterprise platforms)
• Strong analytical and critical thinking capabilities
• Experience in Agile delivery models
• Understanding of technology architectures, APIs, and platforms
• Excellent communication and stakeholder alignment skills
• Team‑first mindset with willingness to roll up sleeves
• Experience in consumer, retail, footwear, apparel, or digital product creation ecosystems (preferred)
