About the role

Workato’s Principal Technical Architect, AI leads the intersection of applied AI engineering and customer-facing strategy. The role splits between AI Field Specialist—designing agentic automation for enterprise customers—and Agentic CS Platform Architect—building a production-grade autonomous customer success agent. Based in Hyderabad, the position blends on-site collaboration with remote flexibility, supporting global accounts and driving AI adoption across Workato’s iPaaS platform.

What you’ll do

• Architect AI agent solutions for customers
• Lead workshops on AI automation strategy
• Design autonomous CS agent platform
• Build knowledge graph and memory layers
• Define confidence-based autonomy framework
• Establish evaluation metrics
• Collaborate with Product & Engineering
• Support global strategic accounts
