The Principal Technical Architect leads the design, development, and integration of SFDC applications, leveraging Omnistudio and Lightning to build scalable, maintainable solutions. Hybrid work model based in Hyderabad, Telangana, India, with collaboration across cross‑functional teams.

What you’ll do

• Lead design and implementation of Salesforce solutions
• Oversee customization and development of SFDC applications
• Provide Omnistudio expertise to streamline processes
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams for seamless SFDC integration
• Manage SFDC configuration to optimize performance
• Drive innovation using SFDC Lightning for dynamic interfaces
• Develop and maintain solution documentation
• Facilitate workshops and training sessions

What you’ll bring

• Extensive experience in SFDC Development and Customization
• Proficiency with Omnistudio and SFDC Lightning
• Strong background in SFDC Integration and Configuration
• Experience in Asset Management Operations and Cards & Payments (advantageous)
• Excellent problem‑solving and attention to detail
• Ability to work collaboratively in a hybrid model
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder interaction
