Senior Product Manager, AI

About the role

The Senior Product Manager, AI will lead the strategy, development, and evolution of Gravity's AI platform, powering intelligent automation and decision-making across healthcare workflows. Day-to-day, you will own the end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven capabilities spanning LLMs, SLMs, ML systems, intelligent workflows, and evaluation frameworks, while collaborating closely with engineering, data science, clinical, and customer-facing teams. The role is based on-site in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, on a five-day work schedule.

What you’ll do

• Lead strategy, development, and evolution of Gravity's AI platform for healthcare workflows
• Own end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven platform capabilities including LLMs, SLMs, ML systems, intelligent workflows, and evaluation frameworks
• Work closely with engineering, data science, clinical, and customer-facing teams
• Enable faster decisions, reduced administrative burden, and trustworthy AI adoption across healthcare use cases
• Build scalable, secure, and production-grade AI capabilities

What you’ll bring

• 5-8+ years of product management experience
• 2+ years focused on AI/ML products
• Strong technical product leadership
• Healthcare domain understanding
• Hands-on experience with modern AI systems
• Ability to build scalable, secure, and production-grade AI capabilities
• Experience owning end-to-end product lifecycle for AI-driven platform capabilities
