About the role
Transition Process Analyst on Davies Transformation team, driving process capture and analysis during transition phases. Works with Business Analysts and Transition PMs to map current and future state processes, identify gaps, and propose improvements, especially in Finance and IT. Hybrid role based in Pune, Maharashtra, India, with onsite and remote collaboration.
What you’ll do
- Collaborate with BAs and PMs to capture requirements
- Map current and future state processes using swimlane/SIPOC
- Document process flows, inputs, outputs, and dependencies
- Analyze gaps, inefficiencies, and inconsistencies
- Challenge and improve process designs
- Identify redundancies and standardization opportunities
- Support knowledge transfer via documentation and training
- Facilitate workshops and stakeholder interviews
