About the role
Finance Transition Services (FTS) team at Accenture helps clients manage financial system, process, and structure changes during mergers, acquisitions, and large consulting contracts. The Senior Analyst provides financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, GAAP compliance, and contract profit and loss management while supporting global help‑desk and on‑site services. What you’ll do
- Prepare and interpret financial plans, forecasts, budgets, and reports
- Support financial integration for acquisitions, ventures, and divestitures
- Manage invoicing, collections, and compliance with contractual requirements
- Track time, expenses, and variances against program budgets
- Identify and mitigate portfolio risk through quality delivery
- Participate in FTS meetings, training, and recruiting initiatives
- Develop tools and processes for financial statement analysis
- Advise leadership on financial targets and performance
What you’ll bring
- 5-8 years experience
- MBA or equivalent
- Strong knowledge of US GAAP
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
- Financial analysis and reporting skills
- Contract profit and loss management
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
