About the role
Global End-to-End People Data Governance & My Core HR team at Mondelez International drives a strategic shift to a seamless, globally consistent employee experience. The Sr. Manager leads the design and implementation of a robust People Data Strategy, governance framework, and M&A integration to elevate data as a core strategic asset. Based in Manila with additional sites in Mumbai, Bucharest, and Warsaw, the role is on-site with no relocation support.
