Product Management team at Paytm drives consumer-focused financial products for over 450 million users. The role leads strategy and execution for a product area, translating user insights into product bets and collaborating with design, engineering, and business to ship features. Based in Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, on-site work model.

What you’ll do

• Own end-to-end product strategy and execution for assigned area
• Identify problems, ship solutions, and iterate based on user feedback
• Collaborate closely with design, engineering, and business teams
• Measure outcomes and drive product impact with minimal hand‑holding
• Contribute to cross‑sell opportunities and improve average revenue per use

What you’ll bring

• 3-8 years experience in entrepreneurship, consumer product building or top-tier consulting
• Strong consumer intuition with evidence-based decision making
• High agency and ability to define problems and execute independently
