About the role
CF&O Shared Services Engineering team (CFOSS) builds common services for Compliance, Risk, Controllers and Corporate Treasury, focusing on workflow automation, cloud adoption, and data quality. As an Associate Software Engineer you will design, develop, and maintain full‑stack applications, create data models, and implement analytics pipelines supporting finance operations. What you’ll do
- Develop technical specifications, design, and implement full‑stack applications
- Create and maintain data models and pipelines for finance analytics
- Collaborate with business partners to gather requirements and ensure compliance
- Manage end‑to‑end development cycle including coding, testing, and UAT
- Explore emerging technologies to improve solutions
What you’ll bring
- 3+ years software development experience
- Strong programming in Java or C++
- Full‑stack development with React and SpringBoot
- Experience with SQL and columnar databases
- Familiarity with cloud data platforms like Databricks or Snowflake
