About the role

Weekday AI's Capital Markets team drives strategic fundraising across equity, debt and structured finance. The Director leads end‑to‑end capital raise transactions, builds investor pipelines and negotiates complex deals while coordinating finance, legal and risk partners. Mumbai office, on-site work model, relocation assistance available.

What you’ll do

  • Lead and manage capital raising initiatives across equity, debt and structured finance
  • Develop and maintain relationships with institutional investors, banks, NBFCs and family offices
  • Structure, negotiate and close complex financing deals aligned with business strategy
  • Prepare investor pitch decks, financial models and transaction memoranda
  • Collaborate with Finance, Legal, Risk and Business Units to ensure smooth execution
  • Monitor market trends, investor appetite and regulatory changes to inform strategy
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of capital market opportunities

What you’ll bring

  • 8-12 years capital markets or investment banking experience
  • Proven track record of managing equity/debt fundraising
  • Strong understanding of capital structures and financial instruments
  • Experience building institutional investor relationships
  • MBA (Finance) or CA/CFA preferred
