About the role

What you’ll do
- Prepare and issue RFQs to suppliers
- Analyze offers and conduct commercial bid evaluations
- Negotiate with vendors and issue purchase orders in SAP
- Manage post‑order activities and monitor progress
- Process supplier invoices and ensure timely payments
- Close change orders, delivery extensions, and PO close‑outs
- Maintain supplier performance records and risk mitigation logs
- Support rate contract agreements and vendor development
