About the role
Audit Division Internal Operations & Quality Control team at Morgan Stanley provides senior management with independent assessments of internal controls and risk governance. The Director leads BAU analysis, issue data aggregation, and AI-enabled automation initiatives, delivering monthly and quarterly insights to IAD senior leaders and coordinating with US and EMEA stakeholders. What you’ll do
- Execute monthly and quarterly issue analysis and control theme reviews
- Aggregate and analyze issue data for senior management insights
- Implement thematic tagging and trend analysis processes
- Contribute to AI-enabled initiatives and automation efforts
- Support ad hoc data requests and stakeholder deliverables
What you’ll bring
- 5+ years relevant experience
- Strong audit principles knowledge
- Experience with Gen AI, Alteryx, Power BI
- Effective change and project management
- Stakeholder management across regions
