About the role

Pfizer Research & Development – Analytical Chemistry team develops and validates analytical methods to support nitrosamine workflow and extractables/leachables studies. The scientist troubleshoots instrumentation issues, ensures GxP compliance, and collaborates with cross‑functional teams to maintain audit‑ready data packages. Chennai, India, on‑site work model.

What you’ll bring

5–7 years analytical R&D experience
Expertise with LC‑MS, GC‑MS, HPLC, GC
Knowledge of USP, PQRI, BPOG guidelines
Experience in GMP environments
Develop and validate methods for nitrosamine and E&L workflows

Nice to have

Master’s in chemistry/pharmacy or Ph.D
