Enterprise Domain Architect

About the role

Nexperia’s Digital Strategy, Architecture & AI function seeks an Enterprise Domain Architect in Bangalore to own the global enterprise application portfolio. You will design target architectures for finance, supply chain, and HR while driving modernization efforts like ECC to S/4HANA. This hands-on role requires prototyping patterns and partnering with engineers on first implementations.

What you’ll do

• Own the application target architecture including modernization verdicts and retirement plans
• Prototype patterns and run build-versus-buy spikes within the Application Center of Enablement
• Lead post-2026 platform decisions including ECC to S/4HANA and M&A integration roadmaps
• Govern SAP Clean Core extension and customization standards
• Govern SaaS end-to-end compliance, vendor risk, and shadow IT controls
• Partner with Data, AI & Integration architects at ERP, MES, and PLM intersections

What you’ll bring

• Substantial enterprise IT experience with deep expertise in enterprise or domain architecture
• Portfolio architecture at scale
• Fluency across major application domains
• Large-scale ERP modernization experience, ideally ECC to S/4HANA under Clean Core principles
• Working command of application modernization frameworks and lifecycle-driven portfolio management
• Experience with SaaS governance

Nice to have

• Semiconductor or manufacturing IT exposure
• Awareness of AI's impact on enterprise applications
• Experience with EA tooling; TOGAF or IASA CITA certification
• Fluent English
