Client Relationship Manager

About the role

Weekday AI client services team manages premium real‑estate client experiences. The Client Relationship Manager oversees post‑sale client expectations, coordinates facility maintenance, and liaises with local authorities to ensure seamless property management. Based in Panaji, Goa, on-site work required with occasional local travel.

What you’ll do

• Manage client expectations from sale handover through property lifecycle
• Oversee legal documentation and paperwork for real‑estate transactions
• Coordinate maintenance requests and supervise property upkeep
• Handle collections, bookkeeping, and information management
• Serve as single point of contact for clients, authorities, and internal teams
• Build and maintain relationships with local governing bodies and neighbors
• Facilitate client requests for property modifications and service escalations
• Ensure security devices and emergency protocols are in place

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years experience in client relationship management
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Fluent in English, Hindi and Konkani
• Strong organizational and time management abilities
• Experience in real‑estate client relations
• Conflict management and influencing skills
• Ability to travel locally and self‑drive
• Attention to detail and prioritization
