About the role
Technology & Delivery team at ZainTECH focuses on implementing Microsoft 365 security and compliance solutions. The consultant designs, configures and deploys Microsoft Purview across the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, conducts discovery workshops, and creates governance policies and DLP controls. Based in Kochi, Kerala, India, on-site work model.
What you’ll do
- Translate regulatory and privacy requirements into Purview solutions
- Collaborate with Collaboration & Content, Endpoint & Identity, Copilot & AI, and Cybersecurity teams
- Develop reusable configuration baselines and policy templates
- Provide knowledge transfer and operational handover to clients
- Advise clients on best practices for data governance and compliance
What you’ll bring
- Design, configure, and deploy Microsoft Purview solutions
- Conduct discovery workshops with compliance, legal, privacy, and IT stakeholders
- Implement enterprise data classification frameworks using Sensitivity Labels and auto‑labeling
- Develop and maintain information protection policies and DLP policies
- Configure retention, records management, and insider risk solutions
- Own end‑to‑end deployment lifecycle and produce technical documentation
