About the role

Senior UI/UX Designer needed to craft user‑centric interfaces for Quess Enterprise’s digital products. The role involves collaborating with product managers, engineers, and stakeholders to translate user needs into intuitive designs. Responsibilities include gathering requirements, creating storyboards, designing UI components, prototyping, troubleshooting UX issues, and enforcing a consistent style guide. Candidates should have proven experience with Figma, a strong portfolio of B2C or mobile app projects, and excellent communication skills. A background in startups is a plus. The position is full‑time, based in Bangalore, and requires on‑site presence.

What you’ll do

Gather and evaluate user requirements with product managers and engineers
Illustrate design concepts using storyboards and process flows
Design UI elements such as menus, tabs, widgets, and navigation buttons
Develop mockups and prototypes to demonstrate product functionality
Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g., responsiveness)
Evaluate user feedback to refine designs
Enforce consistent use of the style guide across the product

What you’ll bring

Proven UI/UX design experience with Figma in product or e‑commerce settings
Portfolio showcasing B2C or mobile interface projects
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in relevant field (B.Tech/B.E./M.Tech/MCA)
