About the role
Techno-Functional Consultant with 3–6 years in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, skilled in AL development, report customization, API integration, data migration, and end-to-end implementation. Drives functional design, UAT, training, and post-implementation support.
What you’ll do
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements
- Conduct gap-fit analysis and prepare functional design documents
- Configure core modules and lead CRPs, UAT, and training
- Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution
- Create user manuals and process documentation
- Develop and customize solutions using AL
- Create extensions, reports, and integrations
- Work on API integrations with third-party systems
- Manage data migration using configuration packages
- Troubleshoot technical issues and optimize performance
- Collaborate with technical teams on deployment and upgrades
What you’ll bring
