About the role
Weekday AI client team builds enterprise AI platforms that solve real-world business challenges. The CTO leads design, development, and execution of scalable AI solutions, including Agentic AI and LLM-powered applications, while mentoring engineering teams and setting technology roadmaps. Udaipur, India, on-site, relocation available.
What you’ll do
- Define and execute AI technology roadmap
- Design scalable, secure AI architectures
- Build and deploy Agentic AI and LLM applications
- Architect RAG pipelines and multi‑agent workflows
- Lead and mentor engineering teams
- Evaluate emerging AI technologies
- Ensure production deployment, monitoring, and improvement
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements
What you’ll bring
- 10+ years software engineering experience
- 3+ years building production-grade AI solutions
- Solution architect experience designing enterprise AI systems
- Hands‑on experience with LLMs, Generative AI, NLP
- Proficiency in Python and AI frameworks
- Designing RAG pipelines and vector databases
- Deploying AI infrastructure on AWS/Azure/GCP
- Strong system design and technical leadership
