About the role

ERM Marketing & Communications Agency (MCA) delivers compelling sustainability narratives to global clients. As a Graphic Design Consultant in New Delhi or Bangalore, you create visual stories for reports, digital platforms, and branding while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams. This full-time role supports ERM's Consulting Delivery Hub by enhancing stakeholder engagement through high-quality design.

What you’ll do

Create engaging visual communications for sustainability reports, campaigns, and websites
Transform complex technical information into compelling visual stories
Execute creative projects from concept through final delivery
Collaborate with creative directors, consultants, and client teams
Support innovation by applying emerging design trends and tools
Build trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders
Research and report on design and market trends
Provide graphic design support on promotional materials and proposals

What you’ll bring

Bachelor’s degree in graphic design/visual communications or equivalent
0-4 years of professional graphic design experience
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
Strong understanding of typography and page layout
Solid understanding of UX/UI design for digital experiences
Knowledge of CSS and HTML

Nice to have

Agency experience preferred
Experience with multi-page document and editorial layout design
Knowledge of environmental, social, or economic aspects of sustainability
Experience with Figma and Webflow
Consulting industry, marketing, or advertising experience
AI integration into business tasks and design processes
