Managing Consultant Graphic Designer

About the role
Consulting Delivery Hub (CDH) at ERM supports global sustainability consulting by delivering high‑quality creative communications. As Managing Consultant Graphic Designer you will lead art direction, design solutions and mentor a small team to translate complex ESG topics into reports, digital platforms and branding assets. Work from New Delhi or Bangalore, on‑site at the ERM office.
What you’ll do
- Provide art direction and design for sustainability communications across print, digital and branding channels
- Collaborate with consultants and clients to develop visual concepts and presentations
- Mentor and manage performance of 1‑2 graphic designers
- Lead recruiting, onboarding and career development for the design team
- Research design trends and integrate emerging practices, including AI‑enabled approaches
- Support business development by contributing to proposals and estimating design budgets
What you’ll bring
- Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or visual communications
- 8-10 years of professional graphic design experience, agency background preferred
- 2+ years managing a small design team
- Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop)
- Strong portfolio of print, interactive and branding work
- Proficiency in Mac OS, Microsoft Office and basic HTML/CSS
