Bim Manager

About the role

JLL's Project Management Consultancy team seeks a BIM Manager to serve as the central BIM coordination hub for large-scale commercial and mixed-use projects in Mumbai, MH. The role orchestrates BIM processes across the client's BIM agency, design consultants, and general contractor, focusing on seamless drawing delivery, BIM protocol compliance, and multi-party coordination rather than direct modeling. This is an on-site, full-time position requiring 10-12 years of BIM management and coordination experience.

What you’ll do

• Coordinate BIM activities between client's BIM agency, design consultants, and general contractor
• Facilitate BIM coordination meetings and ensure alignment across all parties
• Manage BIM deliverable schedules and ensure timely submission from all stakeholders
• Resolve inter-party BIM conflicts and communication gaps
• Monitor drawing delivery workflows from design through construction documentation
• Ensure compliance with BIM standards and protocols per ISO 19650
• Facilitate clash detection and resolution meetings between design consultants and contractors
• Set up protocols for contractor to upgrade model from LOD 300 to LOD 350 and audit upgraded model for shop drawing creation

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor's Degree in Architecture, Civil Engineering, or related field
• 10-12 years of experience in BIM Management & Coordination
• BIM Coordination Software expertise: Navisworks Manage/Freedom, BIM 360/Autodesk Construction Cloud, Autodesk Revit, AutoCAD, and Common Data Environment platforms
• Multi-stakeholder project coordination experience
• Experience in large-scale commercial/mixed-use projects
• On-site work in Mumbai, MH
• Ability to coordinate BIM activities between client BIM agency, design consultants, and general contractor
• Monitor and ensure compliance with client BIM requirements and BIM Execution Plan across all parties

Nice to have

• BIM Professional Certifications (Autodesk Certified Professional, Bentley Professional, or equivalent)
• Synchro 4D for construction sequencing coordination
• ProjectWise/SharePoint for document and model coordination platforms
